Pyrolysis gasoline

Pyrolysis gasoline or Pygas is a naphtha -range product with high aromatics content. [1] It is a by-product of high temperature naphtha cracking during ethylene and propylene production. Also, it is a high octane number mixture that contains aromatics, olefins, and paraffins ranging from C5s to C12s. The mixture has a CAS Number: 68477-58-7.
2-Ethylhexanol

2-Ethylhexanol is an organic compound with formula C₈H₁₈O. It is a branched, eight-carbon chiral alcohol. It is a colorless liquid that is poorly soluble in water but soluble in most organic solvents. It is produced on a large scale for use in numerous applications such as solvents, flavors, and fragrances and especially as a precursor […]
butadiene

1,3-Butadiene is the organic compound with the formula CH₂=CH-CH = CH₂. It is a colorless gas that is easily condensed to a liquid. It is important industrially as a precursor to synthetic rubber. The molecule can be viewed as the union of two vinyl groups. It is the simplest conjugated diene. Although butadiene breaks down […]
Pentane

Pentane is an organic compound with the formula C₅H₁₂—that is, an alkane with five carbon atoms. The term may refer to any of three structural isomers, or to a mixture of them: in the IUPAC nomenclature, however, pentane means exclusively the n-pentane isomer, in which case pentanes refers to a mixture of them; the other […]
Vinyl acetate

Vinyl acetate is the acetate ester of vinyl alcohol. Since vinyl alcohol is highly unstable (with respect to acetaldehyde ), the preparation of vinyl acetate is more complex than the synthesis of other acetate esters. The major industrial route involves the reaction of ethylene and acetic acid with oxygen in the presence of a palladium […]
propylene

Propylene, also known as propene, is an unsaturated organic compound with the chemical formula CH₃CH=CH₂. It has one double bond, and is the second simplest member of the alkene class of hydrocarbons. It is a colorless gas with a faint petroleum-like odor. Propylene is a product of combustion from forest fires, cigarette smoke, and motor […]
Liquefied gas

Liquefied gas (sometimes referred to as liquid gas) is a gas that has been turned into a liquid by cooling or compressing it. Examples of liquefied gases include liquid air, liquefied natural gas, and liquefied petroleum gas . Liquid air.
Ammonia

Ammonia is an inorganic chemical compound of nitrogen and hydrogen with the formula NH₃. A stable binary hydride and the simplest pnictogen hydride, ammonia is a colourless gas with a distinct pungent smell. Biologically, it is a common nitrogenous waste, and it contributes significantly to the nutritional needs of terrestrial organisms by serving as a […]
ethylene

Ethylene is a key organic compound that is widely used in the petrochemical industry. It is classified as a hydrocarbon and is composed of two carbon atoms and four hydrogen atoms, represented by the chemical formula C2H4. Ethylene is a colorless, flammable gas with a sweet odor, and it is considered one of the most […]
Hydrogen gas

Compressed hydrogen is the gaseous state of the element hydrogen kept under pressure. Compressed hydrogen in hydrogen tanks at 350 bar and 700 bar is used for mobile hydrogen storage in hydrogen vehicles. It is used as a fuel gas.
